Scope and operator
These terms cover the Haowen Labs public website and the early-access version of LocalDeploy, operated under the Haowen Labs brand. References to “we” and “our” mean the operator of these services. By using the services, you agree to these terms.
Haowen Labs’ public website introduces its applications. The project, generation, export, and WordPress provisions below apply to LocalDeploy. Future applications may have separate or supplemental terms, which will be linked from those applications when they launch.
What LocalDeploy includes
LocalDeploy creates editable website drafts from the details you provide. You can work with templates, request structured AI copy under your workspace plan in Site Studio, save up to ten cloud projects per account using either supported document version, enable review links, and download static HTML websites, WordPress content XML, or editable project backups. Optional Managed Client Hosting connects saved projects to verified custom domains, with public publication only after DNS, edge routing, and HTTPS activation. Native quote forms on enabled shared previews and published hosted sites collect inquiries in the project owner’s client lead inbox. You can also run a temporary WordPress preview, download its Blueprint, and send draft pages to an existing WordPress site.
Static exports include the page design and supplied content. WordPress exports contain draft pages for import; they do not install a theme, configure navigation or the homepage, transfer media, or set up an SEO plugin. Contact buttons in standalone exports use your supplied phone or email. Standalone HTML and ZIP exports are self-contained and do not include the LocalDeploy lead-capture backend, booking, payment processing, or client hosting. Hosted and enabled shared sites use the service backend for native inquiry capture; exporting those files does not transfer that backend.
LeadGen previews and upgrades
LeadGen imports checked US business prospect lists, generates proposed homepage previews, and exports live preview links with an outreach sentence. Importing requests public publication of each valid preview. Confirm that you may use the business information and review the preview before outreach. An imported Google rating is listing data supplied by you, not an independent verification.
The service does not send cold email. You control any outreach tool, recipient list, and messages. Claim links direct prospects back to the agency that sent the preview and do not grant account access or transfer ownership.
A full-site upgrade requires exactly 25 confirmed pages and one available full-site credit on a standard paid plan. Unlimited Agency uses its own configured AI accounts without credit deductions. The credit is reserved when the upgrade is accepted, consumed upon a valid completed result, and refunded if the job fails. Paid credit allowances are granted only after verified payment and reset monthly without rollover. Free Sandbox includes one lifetime preview; signing in does not activate a paid subscription. Generation timing depends on model availability and queue wait. Requests that exceed their processing budget fail rather than publish incomplete content.
WordPress delivery
The WordPress preview is a temporary browser environment, with a WordPress theme that may look different from the static export. Changes in that preview do not sync back to your project. Only connect a public HTTPS WordPress site you are authorized to manage, using a new Application Password for an account with page editing permissions.
A transfer creates new draft pages and does not replace existing pages or configure your theme, homepage, or navigation. Review the destination and page list before sending. An interrupted request may create a draft without returning its ID; check WordPress before sending again. You control publication, credentials, and deletion at that destination.
Access and costs
Starter is $49 monthly or $441 yearly; Professional is $97 monthly or $873 yearly; Expert is $197 monthly or $1,773 yearly. The Pricing page lists the exact allowances, available features, and service setup details. Annual subscriptions receive monthly allowances rather than the full year’s credits at once. Unused credits do not roll over.
Unlimited Agency is $497 monthly or $1,191 quarterly ($397 per month) and requires onboarding and your own supported Gemini, OpenAI, or OpenRouter text account and image generation provider account. Unlimited discovery and live search audits require separate customer-owned search and audit provider connections. Saving credentials does not make a provider request. Authorized generation is billed under your provider’s terms. Free Sandbox provides one watermarked preview that expires after seven days unless upgraded.
A paid subscription starts only after you explicitly choose checkout and payment is confirmed. Manage your existing subscription in the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation scheduled for period end preserves access through the paid period; agency preview links pause after that access ends or a subscription becomes canceled or unpaid. Saved work and exported files remain available.
LocalDeploy Managed Hosting, when fulfillment is available, is billed separately at $12 per client domain monthly or $99 annually, $49 monthly for ten slots, or $149 monthly for fifty slots. Professional includes one hosted slot, Expert includes five, and Unlimited Agency includes one hundred; these included slots require an active generation subscription. Existing hosting subscriptions retain their accepted price until explicitly changed. Agency cancellation does not automatically cancel these separate hosting subscriptions. Managed hosting checkout remains disabled until a verified client domain can be provisioned.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain your rights in the information and content you provide. You give the service permission to process, store, display, and export that content as needed to carry out the actions you request. You may use and modify your exports for your own or your clients’ websites, subject to any rights in third-party content and any applicable AI-provider terms.
Only use business details, images, logos, and other material you are authorized to use. Do not use the service for impersonation, fraud, unlawful activity, or attempts to access another person’s projects. Keep your API key private and revoke it with the provider if it is exposed.
Review before publishing
Templates and AI-generated copy are drafts. You are responsible for checking factual accuracy, business claims, accessibility, permissions, and legal requirements before publishing or sharing them. The sample business is fictional. LocalDeploy does not promise search-engine rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or revenue.
Availability and changes
Early-access software may contain errors and may change. Keep exported project backups for work you need to preserve. We may apply reasonable usage limits or suspend misuse. Third-party services have their own terms, availability, and data practices.

Limitations
The service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular project. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Haowen Labs is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on unreviewed content, third-party services, or interruption of this early-access service.
